Martha Clark Goss, MBA

Ms. Goss is a longtime advocate of Interchange Associates, Inc. Since 1992 Ms. Goss has served on numerous corporate boards. She is on the board of American Water -NYSE:AWK; a Trustee of the Neuberger Berman Mutual Funds, where she is Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committees and Vice Chair of the Audit Committee; and she is on the board of EA Engineering, an environmental consulting firm. She has also been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of American Finance since 2013.

Past board service includes stints at Dexter Corporation, Foster Wheeler Corporation, Ocwen Financial and Claire’s Stores—all NYSE-listed firms. In addition, she was Non- Executive Chair of Channel Reinsurance Company, a financial guaranty reinsurance company. Ms. Goss also served on the boards of various privately-held corporations in banking, insurance, engineering, construction, and natural language processing.

Ms. Goss’s board work arose from her distinguished career in banking, investments, insurance and finance: Chase Manhattan Bank (credit analyst, lending/relationship officer), Prudential Insurance Company (buy-side investment analyst, Corporate Treasurer, President of Prudential Power Funding – utility and alternative energy finance, President of Prudential Asset Management—where she first engaged Interchange Associates, and SVP and Enterprise Risk Management Officer—where she introduced Dave Franzetta to Interchange), and finally, Booz-Allen & Hamilton (CFO).
